Product Manager

Job Description 

You will be focused on providing a delightful experience for our members and minimizing friction for the diverse user base within the Accelerant Risk Exchange. You’ll ensure that Accelerant ships the right products at the right time for our Members and Capital Partners.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year roadmap and goals related to user experience, constantly pushing to reduce user friction
• Collaboratively partner with other Accelerant teams early in the product development lifecycle and jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful experiences
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations and all parts of the Accelerant business

Qualifications: 

• A proven history of success in product management roles with ownership of large scope in the consumer or B2B space.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially the ability to work closely with experts in a different field, understand their needs, and translate them into software
• Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback
• Ability to build strong user-centered consumer experiences
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Self starter; ability to act autonomously
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
